This hotel felt much more like a hostel than a hotel. The overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. I brought this up because, understandably, having working AC is a pretty basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, I was apparently given a negative review because I complained about the lack of AC and expected compensation. If a hotel doesn’t want guests to complain about rooms without working air conditioning, the better solution would be to fix the air conditioning—not penalize the guest for mentioning it. My response to owner: 1) if an AC can’t function below 72 degrees than it doesn’t work. You are in St Louis. It is very hot and humid in the summer. Plan accordingly. This is a ridiculous for not having functioning utilities. Your response should have been to come and fix it or offer compensation. Turning off on and throughout the night is not acceptable response. 2) I have a double coat Labrador. He slept on the floor in front of the fan. Why would he sleep in a bed in a hot room with no air. If there was significant hair you are exaggerating it. 3) you offered a fan after I asked not an additional one. 4) I asked for compensation and didn’t get a response. That’s why I reached out to air bnb directly. 5) I was on a 16 hour road trip and had no choice but to stay till 6 am and try to rest!! Thanks for further validating the one star review.

I have stayed here a few times and the rooms are great, the a access to the full kitchen is amazing. I have stayed here in the winter where there was 12 inches of snow which was nice and cozy and in the summer where it's crazy hot in which the pool is perfect

We had the best time at this awesome hotel! We loved all the huge and welcoming common areas! The pool was a great size and perfect for my family of five! Our room was spacious and loved that my husband and I had our own room to ourselves and the kids loved the bunk beds. The decorations we adorable and everything was clean and well organized! We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! Also they have the BEST ice down in the common area!

We held our family reunion there for the weekend for 50+ guests (adults / kids of all ages). It was fantastic. The kitchen was huge; many spaces to congregate; the rooms were spacious and quiet when you reclined. The activity options were wonderful - swimming, billiards, ping pong....we played whiffle ball and pickleball too. The service was excellent and easy communication while being flexible. We would definitely go back to the Landing Hub for another large gathering with family.

I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the St Louis area. Close to six flags! Owners are amazing,property is clean, themed rooms, and the community kitchen is such an awesome feature that lets you meet new people and share a meal. Can’t say enough great things about this unique experience.

If you have a large family or need a place for a gathering where lodging is required for a large group of people, look no further! Seriously! I knew The Landing Hub was the perfect place to book for our family retreat the moment I saw the photos, but the photos alone did not do it justice. From the thorough communication and helpfulness of the owners, to the cleanliness and how spacious the venue is, my family was literally blown away. The place was perfect for people to have their own space similar to a traditional hotel, but with the togetherness that a vacation home would provide without being on top of each other. We had a group of about 40 and had more than enough space with additional beds left over. We especially enjoyed the ability to dine as a group as well as the game room which was a hit. All of our activities were within 10-30 minutes of the venue and it was nice to be a bit tucked away while still being close to things to do. The service was amazing from all of my questions being answered timing to all the suggestions they made for the things we wanted to do. Honestly, it was perfect! Thank you all so much and we look forward to booking again!

I have stayed here multiple times just for a night but recently stayed for 2 months as I have been transitioning from one home to another. This place just rocks! The beds are comfy, the space is so clean and quiet and the people are so accommodating. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool before I moved out but the deck and fire pits are so clutch for a little hang out. The other people staying there were really cool and the kitchen is huge and I shared so many big dinners with strangers. I cant recommend this place more.

We stayed in one of the Star Wars pod bedrooms, and the kids loved it. It was really well done and a cool part of our weekend trip. The only problem was that the mattresses in the pods are so soft and thin anyone over age 8 was having a hard time sleeping and woke up so sore. If we were to come back, I would definitely bring a crate or a blowup mattress I ended up rolling the comforter under me to try to get up off the floor. That said, everyone had a good time! Just really wish there could be thicker mattresses.

Love every time I’m at this place. Swimming in the summer and fire pits in the fall/winter! Disc golf and soooo much more to offer. Near Hidden Valley and Sixflags. And best breakfast in town!! Because you have access to kitchen to make what ever you desire.

Located on Route 66, we’re just 30 miles from St. Louis, surrounded by cool restaurants, one of the longest stretches of Route 66, and Purina Farms, which hosts dog shows year-round. Our property also includes an on-site disc golf course for some outdoor fun and plenty of other onsite amenities.

The Landing Hub is a Pet Friendly Hotel

Yacht Rooms offer the most space for traveling with multiple pets or people.

Boxcar Rooms offer sufficient space for traveling with multiple pets or people.

Pilot Rooms have limited space and are suitable for no more than one medium to large pet.

Star Wars sleeping pod rooms can accommodate one medium to large dog. Please no pets in any of the sleeping pods. 

Only certified service animals are allowed to assist their person freely throughout the hotel.

If you would like to inform us that a certified service dog will be assisting you, we can post a notice that a service animal is on site to avoid any misunderstanding.

We understand that there are multiple terms used to describe animals that provide support – such as service dogs, emotional support animals, fur babies, and pets. Emotional supports animals, fur babies and pets will be expected to abide by the rules laid out in the pet policy. When we talk about pets; we are referring to dogs and house cats. If you bring your bird along on your trip, it needs to stay in its cage. No pet alligators, snakes, spiders, or cheetahs. If you have a non-traditional or exotic pet, please make sure that you reach out in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your and your pet.
