Click “Book Now” on the home page and enter the dates to check availability.  Follow the steps to pick your room and complete payment online.  You can also click “Rooms” on the menu bar at the top of the page and book by room type.

Yes.  There are QR codes available at the entrance to the hotel.  These will take you directly to the booking page on the website.

Guests will receive a 100% refund if cancellation notice is received up to 7 days before check in.

Guests will receive a 50% refund if notice is received less than 7 days in advance, but within 3 days of check in.

Please note that the cancellation policy detailed above is for reservations booked directly through our website only.  AirBnB and VRBO cancellation policies may differ and can be found on their website.  Please email jen@landinghub.us for cancellation questions.

A small event area for family and corporate gatherings.  The Landing Hub can accommodate a group up to 75 guests.  We have a variety of different room styles available for your group, big or small.

Yes.  You can book multiple rooms through our website, but each booking is individual.

No.  We are a small boutique hotel.  We can assist you in booking multiple rooms for a wedding group.  Contact us directly for more information.

Most of our rooms can booked 6 months in advance.  We offer Private Hotel and Exclusive Booking packages that can be booked further in advance.  Contact us for details.

Due to our Exclusive Booking and Private Hotel Packages, we cannot generally accommodate monthly stays.  Feel free to contact us to see if this is possible for the dates you are interested in.

Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.  Early check in and late check out will be decided on an individual basis.  Like a traditional hotel stay, or a vacation rental – the room that you are staying in may be booked before and after your stay.  We must have the appropriate amount of time to prepare the space for each traveler.

If your early check in or late check out is imperative, we advise booking an additional day to be safe.  We will always do our best to accommodate these requests.

Dog friendly rooms, dedicated dog parks and trails for stretching their legs!  Additionally, rooms have separate entrances allowing guests to not feel like they are around other dog guest.  We will have a designated dog grooming area with a wash as well.

You will not be charged a pet fee unless there’s damage to the property.

Pilot rooms are suitable for one medium to large sized dog.  No pets allowed in the Sailboat pod rooms.

Yes.  We have a large lot with ample parking, including spots for those traveling with campers and trailers.

Our event space, known as Tini 2, will be available to rent to Landing Hub guests as well as groups not staying with us.  The space may be booked in junction with the hotel or booked separately.  

Shared spaces are one of the many things that make The Landing Hub different from your traditional hotel.  All guests are invited to use the community kitchen, as well as the common areas such as the game room, dining area, and living room.  We do have some rules that we will ask you to follow, so please make sure that you understand what to expect before you arrive.  You can read more about sharing spaces here.

For safety and security, we limit hotel access to booked guests only.  If your interest in having a friend or family member visit during your stay, please let us know.  We will do our best to accommodate these requests.  For insurance purposes, non-hotel guests are not permitted to use the pool.  Guests will not be permitted to host events with outside guests, such as birthday parties or family gatherings, in their rooms.

Automated messages will be sent out once your stay is booked.  The door codes will be sent out to you via email.  If you book the same day as check-in, it can take up to 30 minutes to have the automated door codes programmed.  If you have already arrived at the Landing Hub and are looking for immediate entry, please send us a message once you’ve completed your booking.  We can provide you with a temporary code.

The Landing Hub is a Pet Friendly Hotel

Yacht Rooms offer the most space for traveling with multiple pets or people.

Boxcar Rooms offer sufficient space for traveling with multiple pets or people.

Pilot Rooms have limited space and are suitable for no more than one medium to large pet.

Sailboat Pod Rooms are a shared environment.  There are no pets permitted in this space.

Only certified service animals are allowed to assist their person freely throughout the hotel.

If you would like to inform us that a certified service dog will be assisting you, we can post a notice that a service animal is on site to avoid any misunderstanding.

We understand that there are multiple terms used to describe animals that provide support – such as service dogs, emotional support animals, fur babies, and pets. Emotional supports animals, fur babies and pets will be expected to abide by the rules laid out in the pet policy. When we talk about pets; we are referring to dogs and house cats. If you bring your bird along on your trip, it needs to stay in its cage. No pet alligators, snakes, spiders, or cheetahs. If you have a non-traditional or exotic pet, please make sure that you reach out in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your and your pet.

We kindly ask that you only bring your pet along on your travels if they are Friendly and Well-trained and that the property is respected.  For the comfort and the safety of our guests, aggressive dogs (and their owners) will be asked to leave.  If your pet forces us to cut your stay short, no refunds will be given.  We ask that pets are kept on leashes while traveling the property (inside and out).  Community areas including the kitchen, dining area, living room and game areas are pet free zones.
