You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. Guest Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests:

• Outside Guests: Please do not invite visitors who are not registered at the hotel. If you’d like to host a gathering, an event room is available for rent.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. You don’t need to go to bed, but please keep the noise in your room at a respectful level for neighbors above, below, or beside you.
• Activities and Community Spaces: During quiet hours, please keep gatherings, ping pong, and pool activities at a considerate volume.
• Children: We understand kids get excited! Please, no running or shouting inside the building. Children must be with an adult while on hotel property.
• Pets: If your dog barks when left alone, we ask that you take them with you when you leave your room.

We live in town and visit the property several times a day. We love meeting our guests and sharing local activities! Our goal is for everyone to enjoy their stay. Thank you for your cooperation.

Access

Our property offers plenty of space for you to explore and enjoy. Relax on the patio, take a dip in the pool. Cozy lounge areas, a community kitchen, and dining spaces are all available for your comfort and convenience!

Transit

There are transportation and shuttle services available in the area. Ride shares are not plentiful.

We can accommodate all travelers needs. We understand this way of travel is new for some people. We can meet to go over any details or be available if needed

Pacific is a charming town located on historic Route 66, just 35 minutes from downtown St. Louis. It offers the perfect small-town atmosphere, with local festivities and plenty of outdoor activities, including mountain biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and even train watching.

Nearby attractions include Purina Farms, Six Flags, Meramec Caverns, and much more. A short drive brings you to the St. Louis Zoo, Art Museum, or a Cardinals baseball game.

Space

The Landing Hub is a truly unique place to stay, offering a variety of room styles so there’s something for everyone.

• Captain Rooms (first floor): Sleep 2 with a full private bath.
• Pilot Rooms (second floor): Sleep 2 with a half bath in-room, plus two shared shower rooms for the four rooms.
• Yacht Suites: Sleep up to 10, complete with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
• Boxcar Suites: Sleep 5 with a full bathroom and kitchenette.
• Concord Suite: Luxury king suite with jacuzzi.
• Star Wars Pods: Futuristic sleeping pods for groups of 6 or 8.

Welcome to The Landing Hub!

We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay. You’re booked in the Boxcar 1 Suite on the first floor, which accommodates up to 5 guests. After completing your booking you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your suite or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, though early check-in or late check-out at 1 PM is available for $35 each if arranged in advance. For the comfort and safety of all guests, only registered guests are allowed, and outside visitors are not permitted. Children must e with an adult while on hotel property.

Pets are welcome! Well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs are allowed, but please keep them leashed and off beds or furniture. Must be potty trained, no barkers and no chewers.

Our pool is typically open May through September from 10 AM to 10 PM, weather permitting, and may close earlier in colder months. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, so we ask that noise, pool use, ping pong, and music be kept to a respectful level.

Smoking marijuana is not allowed on the property. Smoking is permitted in the gravel areas only.
