After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.

Guest Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay
• No outside guests: For the safety and security of all our guests, please do not invite visitors who are not registered. If you’d like to host a gathering, an event room is available for rental.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. You don’t have to go to bed, but please keep the noise in your room at a respectful level for neighbors above, below, or next to you.
• Community spaces: Please keep noise in common areas considerate, and avoid loud activities such as ping pong or pool during quiet hours.
• Children: We understand kids get excited during their stay! However, running and shouting indoors is not allowed to ensure everyone can enjoy their visit.
• Pets: If your dog barks when left alone, please take them with you when leaving your room to avoid disturbing other guests.
• Our presence: We live locally and visit the property several times a day. We love meeting guests and sharing tips about local activities!

• Captain Rooms (1st floor): Sleep 2, full bath
• Pilot Rooms (2nd floor): Sleep 2, half bath in-room, plus 2 shared shower rooms for 4 rooms
• Yacht Suites: Sleep up to 10, with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry
• Boxcar Suites: Sleep 5, with full bath and kitchenette
• Concord Suite: Luxury king bed and jacuzzi
• Star Wars Sleeping Pods: Sleep 6 or 8

All rooms have access to the chef’s kitchen and dining area.

We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay. You’re booked in the Boxcar 2 Suite on the first floor, which accommodates up to 5 guests.After completing your booking you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your suite or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

Suite Occupancy & Guest Policy
• The Boxcar 2 Suite allows a maximum of 5 guests. For the safety and comfort of everyone, non-hotel guests are not permitted on the property. While we understand many guests enjoy celebrating during their stay, we kindly ask that only registered guests be on-site.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
• We offer early check-in at 1 PM or late check-out at 1 PM for a $35 fee. These options are first-come, first-served and must be requested in advance. If available, a payment request will be sent to confirm the reservation.

Pet Policy
• Pets are allowed, but we ask that they remain leashed while on the property and are not permitted on beds or furniture. Only well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs are welcome. No barkers, no chewers and they must be potty trained.

Pool Information
• Our pool has an extended season compared to most hotels. It typically operates from May to September, open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, weather permitting. Outside those months, the pool may still be available depending on the temperatures. While the pool is heated, please note that it is not a hot tub. We often have beautiful days in April, October, and November, and we hope the pool will be available during your stay. That said, extreme weather conditions may impact its availability.

Quiet Hours & Property Guidelines
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask guests to refrain from using the pool, playing ping pong, playing music, or creating loud noise—especially on patios and common areas. This helps ensure a relaxing stay for all guests. Children must be with an adult while on property.

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is allowed in the gravel areas only. Marijuana use is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Standard Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is 11 AM.
