This is the perfect suite for a couple, friends or sleepovers. Pet friendly space located on the second floor. This suite offers a flexible living space. 1 private queen bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchenette. Sleep 3 extra in a set of triple bunks in the main area. There is a great community space in the hotel with pool and ping pong tables, games, train and legos. There is something for everyone in the family here.

Welcome to our hotel!
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, please note the following:

No outside guests: To maintain security, we kindly ask that you do not invite outside guests to the hotel. If you’d like to host a gathering, we have an event room available for rent.

Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. You don’t need to go to bed, but keep the noise in your room at a respectful level for neighboring guests.

Community spaces: During quiet hours, please keep noise in shared spaces at a considerate level. Activities like ping pong, pool, or gatherings should remain respectful for others.

Children: We understand kids are excited during their stay! Please supervise them and avoid running or shouting indoors. Children must be with an adult while on hotel property.

Pets: If your dog tends to bark when left alone, please take them with you when you leave your room.

We live locally and visit the property several times a day. We love meeting our guests and sharing recommendations for local activities. Our goal is for everyone—families, couples, and solo travelers—to enjoy their stay comfortably and safely.

Access

Our property offers plenty of area for you to explore. Pool, patio, and lounge areas, community kitchen, and dining area are all within your reach. The pool will generally close at 10pm for maintenance

There are transportation and shuttle services available in the area. Ride shares are not plentiful.

We can accommodate all travelers needs. We understand this way of travel is new for some people. We can meet to go over any details or be available if needed

Space

The Landing Hub is a truly unique experience with a variety of room styles to suit every guest.
• Captain Rooms (1st floor): Sleep 2 guests and include a full bathroom.
• Pilot Rooms (2nd floor): Sleep 2 guests, feature a half bath in the room, and share 2 shower rooms among 4 rooms.
• Yacht Suites: Accommodate up to 10 guests, with a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities.
• Boxcar Suites: Sleep 5 guests and include a full bathroom and kitchenette.
• Concord Suite: A luxurious suite with a king bed and jacuzzi.
• Star Wars Pod Rooms: 2 themed rooms that sleep either 6 or 8 guests.

Need more space? You can book the entire hotel privately for celebrations and unforgettable gatherings.

All rooms have access to the chef’s kitchen and dining area. Guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities, including:

We’re a locally owned and operated hotel, and we’re excited to welcome you to our community. You are booked for the Boxcar 4 Suite, located on the second floor.

We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay. You’re booked in the Boxcar 4 Suite on the first floor, which accommodates up to 5 guests. After completing your booking you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your suite or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

Check-in: 3 PM
Check-out: 11 AM
Early check-in (1 PM) and late check-out (1 PM) are available for $35 each. These are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and must be arranged in advance. Payment requests will be sent to reserve if available.

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for the Boxcar 4 Suite is 5 people.

Guests & Celebrations
Many guests enjoy celebrating special occasions during their stay. For safety and comfort, only registered hotel guests are permitted on the property—no outside guests are allowed. Children must be with an adult while on hotel property.

Pets
• Pets are welcome! Please note:
• Pets must remain leashed on the property.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
• Only well-behaved, potty trained, non-aggressive dogs are permitted.
• No barkers, no chewers

Pool & Amenities
• Pool season: May through September, open 10 AM – 10 PM.
• Outside of these months, pool hours depend on weather.
• On warm days in April, October, or November, the pool may be available.
• Extreme weather may impact pool access.

Quiet Hours
10 PM – 8 AM
During quiet hours, please refrain from using the pool, playing ping pong, or playing music. Noise in common areas and on the patio should be kept at a respectful level.

Smoking & Substances
• Smoking is allowed in the gravel areas only.
• Marijuana use is not permitted anywhere on the property.
