Guest Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.
For the safety and security of all guests, outside visitors are not permitted in the hotel. If you’d like to host a gathering, an event room is available for rent.

Our goal is to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Please keep in mind:

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- You don’t have to go to bed, but please keep noise at a respectful level for guests above, beneath, or beside your room.
- During these hours, please avoid ping pong, pool, or loud gatherings in community spaces.
• Families & Children: We understand kids get excited! Please, no running or shouting inside, as some guests are here to relax.
• Pets: If your dog barks when left alone, please take them with you when you leave the room.

We live locally and are on the property several times a day. We love meeting our guests and are always happy to share tips about local activities.

Here, you can enjoy outdoor adventures like mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and watching the many trains that pass through town. Nearby attractions include Purina Farms, Six Flags, and Meramec Caverns—all practically in your backyard.

A short drive takes you to St. Louis favorites such as the Zoo, Art Museum, City Museum, and Cardinals baseball games.

All rooms include access to the chef’s kitchen and dining area.

We are a locally owned and operated hotel. You are booked for Captain 1 on the 1st floor, which sleeps 2 and has a full bath.We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay.After completing your booking you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your room or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in (1:00 PM) or late check-out (1:00 PM) is available for $20, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests must be made in advance, and a payment link will be sent to reserve.

This room sleeps 2 people.
1 medium to large pet is allowed in this room. There are larger suites available if traveling with multiple. Pets must be well behaved and potty trained. No barkers, no chewers, and pets are not allowed on furniture.

Important Information:

• Bookings after 10:00 PM are for the following day; we cannot refund for immediate overnight check-in.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep volume, music, conversations, and pool/patio activity at a respectful level. All content must be appropriate for all guests.

• Pool: Open May–Sept, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. April, Oct, and Nov hours may vary depending on temperature. The solar cover will remain on when not in use to maintain warmth. Pool may close early if too cool.

•Smoking is permitted in the gravel areas only. No marijuana smoking on the property.
