Guest Guidelines
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.

• No Outside Guests: For the safety and security of all guests, please do not invite outside visitors. If you’d like to host a gathering, an event room is available to rent.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. You don’t need to go to bed, but please keep noise at a respectful level for neighbors in rooms above, below, or beside you. This includes:
- No ping pong or pool during quiet hours
- Keep gatherings in community spaces considerate of others
• Children: We understand kids get excited! Please avoid running and shouting indoors, so everyone—families and those looking to relax—can enjoy their stay.
• Dogs: If your dog barks when left alone, please take them with you when you leave your room. Only one dog per room is allowed.
• About Us: We live in town and are on the property several times a day. We love meeting our guests and sharing tips about local activities!

• Captain Rooms (1st floor): Sleep 2, with full bath
• Pilot Rooms (2nd floor): Sleep 2, with a half bath in-room and 2 shared shower rooms for the 4 rooms
• Yacht Suites: Sleep up to 10, with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry
• Boxcar Suites: Sleep 5, with full bathroom and kitchenette
• Luxury Concord Suite: King bed with jacuzzi
• Star Wars Pod Rooms: Sleep 6 or 8

Welcome to The Landing Hub!

We are a locally owned and operated hotel. You are booked for the Captain 2 Room on the 1st floor.
We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay. After completing your booking you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your room or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

Room & Occupancy:
• This room sleeps 2 and has a full bathroom.
-1 medium to large pet is allowed in this room. We do have larger suites available if traveling with multiple pets.
-Pets must be well behaved and potty trained. No barkers or chewers. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Check-In & Access:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in (1 PM): $20
• Late check-out (1 PM): $20
• Early check-in and late check-out are first-come, first-served and must be arranged ahead of time. A payment request will be sent to reserve your spot.
Important: All check-in information and property details are available in your app.

Booking Policy:
• All bookings after 10:00 PM are considered for the following day.
• We do not refund overnight bookings for immediate check-in.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please keep noise, music, conversations, and TV content appropriate and at a respectful level for other guests.
• No pool, ping pong, or loud activities during quiet hours.

Pool Information:
• Pool season is May–September: open 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• April, October, and November: pool opens at 10:00 AM; availability may vary due to cooler weather.
• The pool may close early or be unavailable if the water is too cool

Property Rules:
• Smoking is permitted in the gravel only.
• No marijuana use on the property
