The Concord Suite is our luxury accommodation option. In addition, we offer standard single rooms and larger family suites.

Guests also have access to a large shared space on the first floor, which includes a kitchen and other activities. The pool is open seasonally; please inquire about availability if planning a stay outside of May–October.

Guest Guidelines
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests:
• Please do not invite outside guests to the hotel. If you’d like to host a gathering, an event room is available for rent.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. You don’t need to go to bed, but please keep the noise in your room at a respectful level for neighbors above, below, or next door.
• During quiet hours, please avoid loud activities in community spaces, including ping pong or pool.
• Children are welcome, but please supervise them to prevent running or shouting inside. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, whether they are here for fun or relaxation.
• If your dog barks when unattended, please take them with you when you leave the room.

We live in town and visit the property several times a day. We love meeting our guests and sharing local activities!

Pacific is a charming town located on historic Route 66, just 35 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Enjoy the small-town atmosphere, local festivities, and plenty of outdoor activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking. Train enthusiasts will also love watching the trains nearby.

• Captain Rooms (1st floor): Sleep 2, full bathroom
• Pilot Rooms (2nd floor): Sleep 2, half bath in the room, plus 2 shared shower rooms for the 4 rooms
• Yacht Suites: Sleep up to 10, with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry
• Boxcar Suites: Sleep 5, full bathroom and kitchenette
• Concord Suite: Luxury suite with king bed and jacuzzi
• Star Wars Pod Rooms: Sleep 6 or 8

Welcome to The Landing Hub

We are a locally owned and operated hotel and are excited to welcome you to our community. You are booked in the Concord Suite.
We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your suite or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

Check-In & Access:
• Standard check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
• Early check-in (1 PM) or late check-out (1 PM) is available for $35 each, on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests must be made in advance, and a payment link will be sent to reserve.

Occupancy:
• Only 2 guests are allowed in the Concord Suite.
-There is 1 medium to large dog allowed in this suite. There are larger suites thatch accommodate multiple pets.
-Pets must be well behaved, not barkers, not chewers, potty trained, and not allowed on the furniture.

Pool:
• The pool is generally open longer than most local pools, weather permitting.
• Seasonal hours (May–Sept): 10 AM–10 PM
• Early or late season availability (April, October, November) depends on weather and temperatures.
• Extreme weather may occasionally affect pool access.

Quiet Hours & Property Rules:
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• During quiet hours, please keep noise low in the pool, ping pong, music, patio, and throughout the property.
• No marijuana smoking is not allowed on the property.
Smoking is permitted in the gravel areas only.
