Guest Guidelines
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.
• No outside guests: For the safety and security of all our guests, please do not invite outside visitors. If you’d like to host a gathering, our event room is available to rent.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. You don’t need to go to bed, but please keep noise levels respectful for neighbors above, below, or beside you.
• Community spaces: Keep ping pong, pool, and other activities at a considerate volume during quiet hours.
• Children: We understand kids get excited! Please avoid running or shouting inside.
• Pets: If your dog barks when left alone, please take them with you when you leave.

We love meeting our guests and sharing local activities. While many families come for fun, some guests visit to relax—thank you for helping everyone enjoy their stay.

We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay. You’re booked in the Pilot 1 on the second floorAfter completing your booking you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your suite or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

• Half bath en suite and access to 2 shared shower rooms for the 4 Pilot rooms
• Maximum occupancy: 2 people
• Bookings after 10 PM are for the following day; overnight bookings cannot be refunded for immediate check-in
-1 medium two large dog is permitted in this room. There are larger suites available for multiple pets.
-Pets must be well behaved, potty trained, not barkers, not chewers, and are not allowed on furniture.

Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 11 AM
• Early check-in (1 PM) or late check-out (1 PM) is available for $20 each, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests must be made in advance, and a payment request will be sent to reserve.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No pool, ping pong, or music during quiet hours
• Keep volume on patios and inside the hotel respectful for other guests
• All music, conversations, and community TV content must be appropriate for all guests

Pool:
• Open May–September from 10 AM – 10 PM
• In April, October, and November, pool opening may vary depending on weather
• Solar cover used in evenings to maintain temperature

Other Policies:
• Smoking is permitted I the gravel areas only.
• No marijuana smoking anywhere on the property
