Guest Safety and Courtesy Guidelines
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.
• For the safety and security of all guests, please do not invite outside visitors to the hotel. If you’d like to host a gathering, an event room is available to rent.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. You don’t have to go to bed, but please keep noise in your room at a respectful level for guests above, below, or next to you.
• During quiet hours, please avoid loud activities in community spaces, including ping pong and pool. Gatherings in these areas should remain at a respectful volume.
• We understand that children can get very excited during their stay. Please no running or shouting inside, as some guests are here to relax.
• If you have a dog that barks when unattended, please take them with you when leaving the room.

We live locally and are on the property several times a day. We love to meet guests, share recommendations, and help you enjoy local activities!

There are local transportation and shuttle services available in the area. Ride-share options are limited, so planning ahead is recommended.

Pacific is a charming town on historic Route 66, just 35 minutes from downtown St. Louis. It offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and outdoor adventure. Enjoy mountain biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and even watch the trains pass by nearby.

Local attractions include Purina Farms, Six Flags, Meramec Caverns, and many more. A short drive will take you to the St. Louis Zoo, Art Museum, or a Cardinals baseball game.

The Landing Hub – A Unique Stay for Everyone
The Landing Hub offers a wide variety of room styles, making it perfect for any type of traveler:

• Captain Rooms (1st floor): Sleep 2 with a full bathroom.
• Pilot Rooms (2nd floor): Sleep 2 with a half bath in the room; 2 shared shower rooms serve the 4 Pilot rooms.
• Yacht Suites: Sleep up to 10, with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
• Boxcar Suites: Sleep 5, with full bathroom and kitchenette.
• Concord Suite: Luxury suite with king bed and jacuzzi.
• Star Wars Sleeping Pods: Two rooms, accommodating 6 or 8 guests.

Need more space? Book the entire hotel privately for celebrations and unforgettable memories.

All guests have access to:

We are a locally owned and operated hotel, and we’re excited to host you.
We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay. You’re booked in the Pilot 2 on the second floor.After completing your booking you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your suite or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

• You are booked for Pilot 2 on the second floor.
Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 11 AM
• Early check-in (1 PM) or late check-out (1 PM) is available for $20 each, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests and payment must be arranged ahead of time.

Room Details:
• Half bath en suite
• 2 shared shower rooms just outside for the 4 Pilot rooms
• Maximum occupancy: 2 people
• Bookings made after 10 PM apply to the following day; no refunds for same-night check-ins
-1 medium to large dog is permitted in this room. We have larger suites that can accommodate multiple pets.
-Pets must be well behaved, potty trained, not barkers, not chewers, pets are not allowed on furniture.

Quiet Hours & Courtesy:
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No loud music, pool, ping pong, or high-volume activity in the hotel or on patios
• All music, conversations, and TV content must be appropriate for all ages

Pool Information:
• Swimming pool, May–September: 10 AM–10 PM
• April, October, and November: open at 10 AM; may close early if too cool
• Solar cover used in evenings to maintain temperature

Policies:
• Smoking is permitted in the gravel areas only.
• No marijuana smoking on the property
