Guest Guidelines
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.
For the comfort and safety of everyone, please take a moment to review the following:

• Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed in the hotel. If you’d like to host a gathering, our event room is available for rent.
• Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 8 AM, please keep noise at a respectful level. You don’t have to go to bed—just be mindful of the guests above, below, and next to you.
• Community Spaces: During quiet hours, please avoid loud games such as ping pong or pool, and keep gatherings to a considerate volume.
• Children: We know kids are excited during their stay, but please no running or shouting indoors. Some families come to play, while others come to rest. Children must be with an adult while on hotel property.
• Pets: If your dog tends to bark when left alone, please take them with you when you leave the room.
• Hospitality: We live locally and visit the property daily. We love meeting our guests and are happy to share recommendations for local activities.

The Landing Hub – A Truly Unique Experience

The Landing Hub offers a variety of room styles, so there’s something for everyone:

• Captain Rooms (1st floor) – sleep 2, full bath.
• Pilot Rooms (2nd floor) – sleep 2, half bath in the room, plus 2 shared showers for 4 rooms.
• Yacht Suites – Sleep up to 10, with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
• Boxcar Suites – Sleep 5, full bathroom, kitchenette.
• Luxury Concord Suite – King bed with jacuzzi.
• Star Wars Sleeping Pod Rooms – Sleep 6 or 8.
• Want more space or privacy? Book the hotel privately for celebrations and unforgettable memories.

Thank you for booking with us! Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your room or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

• You are booked for Star Wars Pod Room A on the 2nd floor. This room has a full bath.
• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Bookings after 10 PM are considered for the following day. Overnight bookings cannot be refunded for immediate check-in.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
• Early check-in (1 PM): $35
• Late check-out (1 PM): $35
• These options are first-come, first-serve.

Quiet Hours & Conduct
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Please keep pool, ping pong, music, patio, and hotel noise at a respectful level for all guests.
• All music, conversations, and community TV content should be appropriate for all ages. Children must be with an adult while on hotel property.

Pool Information
• Open May–September: 10 AM – 10 PM
• April, October, November: Open at 10 AM; may close early if water is too cool.
• Pool availability may be limited due to weather or temperature.

Rules & Safety
• Smoking is permitted in the gravel areas only.
• No marijuana smoking anywhere on the property.
Pets must be well behaved, not barkers, not chewers, potty trained, and are not allowed in the pods.
