Guest Safety & Courtesy Guidelines
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone:

• No outside guests are allowed in the hotel. If you wish to host a gathering, an event room is available to rent.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. You don’t need to go to bed, but please keep noise in your room respectful for neighbors.
• Community spaces: Keep noise at a considerate level during quiet hours. No running, shouting, or loud play inside.
• Pets: If your dog barks when unattended, please take them with you when leaving your room.
• Fun & relaxation: Children must be with an adult while on hotel property. Many families stay here for excitement, others for rest—please be mindful of all guests.

We live locally and visit the property several times a day. We love meeting guests and sharing tips about local activities!

We are a smart hotel, there is not a front desk. Follow the instructions in the link that you receive for a smooth check in.
We are a locally owned and operated hotel, and we’re excited to welcome you to our community.
We’re excited to have you as a guest. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your suite or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

Your Booking:
• You are booked in the Yacht 1 deluxe suite on the first floor.
• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Early check-in (1 PM) or late check-out (1 PM) is available for $50 each, first-come, first-served, arranged in advance.

Suite Details:
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property for safety and comfort. Children must be with an adult while on hotel property.

Pets:
• Dogs are welcome: must be leashed, not allowed on beds/furniture, and must be well-behaved/non-aggressive.
• There is no pet fee unless there is damage. Pets must not be barkers, chewers, and must be potty trained.

Pool & Amenities:
• Open May–September, 10 AM – 10 PM, weather permitting.
• Outside these months, pool availability depends on temperature.

Quiet Hours:
• 10 PM – 8 AM
• No pool or ping pong use, and noise/music on patios or throughout the property must remain respectful.

Policies:
• Smoking is allowed in the gravel areas only.
• Marijuana use is prohibited anywhere on the property.
• All check-in information and property details are available in your app—please review before arrival.
