Tips for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay
After completing your booking through a booking App or on the website, you will receive a link to complete your Boarding Pass. Once this process is completed your door codes will be generated in our system. You will notice a section for checking in. Within this space your room location, door codes, and any other useful information will be. Your door codes will show the day of check in. You will also be able to schedule early check ins or late check outs based on availability. Please keep this link for your check in. By working with many partners for bookings this is one consistent process that has simplified the check in process and allows for all of your information to be located in one place.

• No outside guests: For the safety and security of all our guests, please do not invite visitors who are not registered at the hotel. If you’d like to host a gathering, an event room is available for rent.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. You don’t have to go to bed, but please keep the noise in your room at a respectful level for neighbors above, below, and next to you.
• Community spaces: During quiet hours, please keep noise from ping pong, pool, or other gatherings at a considerate level.
• Children: We love that kids are excited about their stay! Please remind them to avoid running and shouting inside, so everyone can enjoy the space. Children must be with an adult on hotel property.
• Pets: If your dog barks when left alone, please take them with you when you leave the room.
• Host availability: We live in town and visit the property several times a day. We enjoy meeting guests and sharing suggestions for local activities.

Our smart hotel offers a variety of community spaces—including a patio, pool, wooded area, game and lounge areas, and a community kitchen and dining space—where guests can relax and have fun, while following the rules ensures everyone’s enjoyment.

Transit

There are a few local car services and several shuttle companies in the area. Rideshares are occasionally available, but options are limited and not guaranteed.

Interaction

We can accommodate all comfort levels. We understand that this style of travel may be new to some guests, and we are happy to offer guidance or assistance as needed.

Pacific is a charming small town located on historic Route 66, just 35 minutes from downtown St. Louis. It offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and easy access to big-city attractions.

Space

The Landing Hub offers a truly unique experience with a variety of accommodations to suit every guest.

• Captain Rooms (1st floor) – Sleep 2 with a full private bath.
• Pilot Rooms (2nd floor) – Sleep 2 with a half bath in the room, plus 2 shared shower rooms for four rooms.
• Yacht Suites – Sleep up to 10, featuring a kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry.
• Boxcar Suites – Sleep 5, with a full bathroom and kitchenette.
• Luxury Concord Suite – King bed with a private jacuzzi.
• Star Wars Pod Rooms – Two themed rooms sleeping 6 or 8.

We are a smart hotel. There is not a front desk. Once you book follow the directions in the link for an enjoyable stay.
We are a locally owned and operated hotel and are delighted to welcome you to our community.
We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy your stay. You’re booked in the Yacht 2 a deluxe suite on the second floor, which accommodates up to 10 guests. Please keep in mind we want you to enjoy your stay and if you are here to celebrate we ask that any decorating in your suite or elsewhere on the property follows our guidelines or additional fees will be charged. There is no confetti, glitter, or silly string allowed on the premises. Nothing may be affixed to the walls in any way. This includes tape, scotch hooks, or the clear gel adhesive. These items will cause damage or cause excessive cleaning. Any celebrating in the common areas or the patio must be done in a manner that allows all the other hotel guests to access the space comfortably.

Booking & Check-In:
• You are booked in the Yacht 2 Suite on the second floor.
• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Early check-in (1 PM) or late check-out (1 PM) is available for $50 each. These must be arranged in advance, and a payment request will be sent to reserve your spot.
• Your pre check in information to be completed will arrive via a link to complete your boarding pass. This must be completed before arrival. This link is where door codes and check in information will be found.

Occupancy & Guests:
• The suite accommodates up to 10 people.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Pets:
• Multiple pets are allowed in this suite. They must not be barkers, chewers, and must be potty trained.
• All pets must be leashed, well-behaved, non-aggressive, and not on furniture or beds.

Pool:
• The pool season is longer than most. It’s open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM between May and September.
• Outside these months, hours depend on weather conditions and may close before 10 PM.
• The pool is heated but not a hot tub. Extreme weather may affect availability.

Rules & Hours:
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (please keep noise, music, and pool/patio activity respectful).
• No smoking inside or near entrances. Smoking is permitted in the gravel areas only. Marijuana use is prohibited.
